We usually don't have to pull dogs like Roscoe from the shelter, since everyone wants quiet little fluffy dogs and they aren't typically in danger. But Roscoe had the misfortune of being dumped right before Christmas, when shelter hours were shortened and rescues were less likely to take dogs. So little Roscoe made his way from North Carolina up to safety in Hanover, and he fit right in with the couch potatoes already in our rescue.

Roscoe is house trained and stays loose in the house when no one is home. He gets carried outside to go potty, and comes to the door and barks when he's ready to come back in. He is very good for grooming and mostly just wants to be near his people. He eats canned food and will have a dental cleaning prior to adoption. Please consider giving Roscoe a home where he doesn't have to share his family with so many others! He is an easy fellow who deserves a real life.
